Take word2010 as an instance:

1. Open the word document that needs to prevent content copying. Click around the file:

two. Click Data → Permissions

three. ntfs disk recovery 'Restrict Editing'

four. ntfs file recover could pick 'Limit the formatting from the chosen style' in the first 'Formatting restrictions' (this is a restricted style, you may choose based on the actual predicament, or you can not pick), then the second item ' In Edit Limits, pick 'Only permit this kind of editing in the document', then pick 'Fill in form', and finally click 'Yes, start out mandatory protection' inside the third item 'Start mandatory protection'.

5. Enter the password inside the dialog box that opens and click 'OK'. Then save the document. At this time, the Word document cannot be selected, copied, pasted and also other operations.

Unprotect:

Click Word, click the 'Review' tab, after which 'Restrict Editing'. Inside the interface around the suitable side of your document (as shown beneath), click 'Stop Protection', and after that enter the password to eliminate the restriction.
